Here the pulse of heat is dying down, with the green area similar to what it was on dec 20. But the magenta in the Arctic area is much larger than the than dec 20th. indicating that the world temp is lower than the 20th. We will know in a few days if this is the low for the northern hemisphere, and the slow heating cycle is going to overtake the galactic lensing cool down.
