Look at the green that has moved into north sea above norway. This has pushed the blue area further up into the Arctic ocean and has warmed the northern part of finland.

The temperature differential caused by the galactic lensing, is now being felt

The pulsing is giving us very cold weather in the lower latitudes, but it comes at the expense of warming the higher latitudes. There has been an overall energy increase, which will show up later on as a early spring, and melting of the permafrost over large parts of siberia and north america. This will raise both the sea-level and CO2, further making the global warming worse. There will be a massive shrinking of the Arctic ice and much of the Arctic ocean will be ice free.
